• Once work on your personalized report has started, the purchase is non-refundable.
• If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
• If BRIXAVO is unable to deliver your report for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued.

Refund terms for implementation services are clearly defined in the respective service agreement or proposal provided before project commencement.
